📋 Description

• Run the small team day to day, including a land acquisitions manager and an operations assistant, and hold them to weekly targets • Coordinate outsourced marketing suppliers across social, email and paid ads • Brief suppliers, follow up with them, and check the quality of their work • Support around twenty paying programme clients through onboarding, weekly coaching calls and questions • Keep every deal and project moving in Monday.com • Identify when deals or projects have stalled • Build written processes and onboarding for a growing team • Act as the layer between the founder and the rest of the team • Enable the founder to focus on investors, signing off deals and speaking to landowners

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years in an operations manager, general manager or number two role • Experience managing people remotely and holding them to weekly numbers • Experience working directly to a business owner, with the judgement to make daily decisions without checking first • Confidence coordinating suppliers and contractors, including on the telephone • Working knowledge of Monday.com or a close equivalent such as ClickUp, Asana or Trello • Working knowledge of Slack • Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work • Property, land, planning or construction experience • Experience running a paid client programme, cohort or membership • Previous work with UK businesses
