📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure software for Marketplacer's cloud-native SaaS platform • Architect and deliver new features • Contribute to the data platform by building reliable data models, metrics, and dashboards • Take work from inception through delivery, including architecture validation and design • Drive code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration • Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers • Champion software engineering best practices and practical developer-tool and AI-assisted workflows • Partner with Product and UX/UI teams to deliver high-quality features • Solve complex business problems and real-world scaling challenges • Shape engineering practices and technical design

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience with object-oriented programming, such as Ruby, Python, Java, C#, or similar • Experience with web application frameworks such as Ruby on Rails • Hands-on experience incorporating AI coding tools or LLM APIs into daily workflows or features • Strong foundational software engineering skills • Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and continuous integration practices • Solid SQL skills • Experience with relational and non-relational databases • Strong experience with AWS and data services • Track record of building cloud-native solutions and solving scaling problems • Experience designing and validating architectures • Strong spoken and written communication skills • Commitment to DevSecOps practices • Analytical problem-solving ability • Product mindset and adaptability
