• ensure our customers have a positive on-boarding experience • provide training so retailers have an understanding of the benefits of Marsello and how they align to the brands goals to help them succeed
• Is process driven and able to manage and own the retailer on-boarding process from start to finish • Has excellent communication skills both written and verbal. • Has great problems solving skills and can assist in the creation of tools to onboard retailers effectively • Is confident in presenting and is able to train new retailers on how to use Marsello effectively • Can learn and in time know the Marsello product inside and out to ensure retailers are seeing value from Marsello • Is a team player who can work cross functionally across the business to liaise with the design team to set up retailers accounts for Premium Onboarding • Can optimise and automate any systems to ensure scalability of onboarding • Loves data and can effectively report on onboarding metrics to the wider team • Is able to create feedback loops to product and customer success to be able to provide customer enhancements to help guide the product roadmap
