📋 Description

• Coordinate and oversee daily housekeeping and maintenance operations using Breezeway. • Monitor all scheduled housekeeping, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and inspection tasks to ensure they are completed on time. • Follow up on incomplete or overdue work orders until fully resolved. • Coordinate with housekeeping staff, maintenance technicians, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely execution of tasks. • Prioritize urgent maintenance requests to minimize guest disruption and operational downtime. • Ensure all assigned properties are guest-ready before each arrival. • Review completed tasks, photos, videos, and reports submitted by field teams to verify quality standards. • Conduct property inspections before and after guest stays to ensure compliance with Corporate Stays' cleanliness and operational standards. • Identify recurring operational issues and recommend process improvements. • Escalate significant maintenance, quality, or guest-impacting issues to the Operations Manager when necessary. • Inspect properties following guest departures. • Assess property conditions and determine whether security deposits should be approved, partially withheld, or fully retained based on documented damages. • Maintain detailed documentation of damages, inspection findings, photos, and operational incidents. • Track operational performance through Breezeway and ensure accurate task documentation. • Monitor property readiness to ensure accommodations are prepared before guest arrivals. • Support inventory control by reporting missing, damaged, or replacement items identified during inspections. • Collaborate with Guest Services, Reservations, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate communication regarding property status. • Ensure compliance with company operational procedures, cleanliness standards, and safety guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hospitality operations, housekeeping coordination, property management, hotel operations, maintenance coordination, or vacation rentals. • Experience using Breezeway is highly preferred. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and coordination abilities. • Strong attention to detail and quality control. • Ability to prioritize multiple operational requests simultaneously. • Comfortable reviewing inspection reports, photos, and operational documentation. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Experience in corporate housing, serviced apartments, hotels, or short-term rentals is a strong advantage.
