📋 Description
• Execute all secondary trade distribution deals • Prepare Risk Participation Certificates for finalised transactions • Manage end-to-end deal documentation, including negotiating documents with multiple client banks and insurance brokers • Check transaction status at maturity and follow up with branches and operations until settlement • Prepare MIS shared with Risk and Relationship teams • Handle documents for all trade transactions bought in the secondary market • Keep transaction details up to date and maintain the pipeline • Support the FI business on other matters as required • Deliver superior service to clients and contribute to innovation and developments in banking and financial services
