📋 Description

• Manage approvals and payments and other miscellaneous activities according to Bank internal policies, SOPs, and ICC guidelines. • Authorize transactions in the processing system across Trade Finance business segments. • Process transactions according to SOP/OPMs and UCP/ISBP/ISP requirements. • Perform sanction checking of relevant parties in documents. • Handle Trade Operations. • Input and authorize transactions and prepare/authorize relevant SWIFT messages. • Share errors and knowledge gaps with line management to address customer service issues. • Manage customer expectations and participate in automation projects. • Participate in team huddles and provide solutions to operational issues. • Implement solutions quickly and work with onshore units for seamless client delivery. • Close audit observations effectively and promptly. • Ensure efficient transaction processing, service-standard adherence, and quality service. • Act as maker/authorizer for Import LG issuance, amendments, cancellations, and similar Standby Letter of Credit/Claims stages. • Ensure procedures in relevant manuals are followed during transaction processing. • Recommend actions related to changes in law, ICC rules, government regulations, and bank policies affecting imports. • Take corrective and preventive action based on customer complaints, operational errors, and quality/RCSA analysis. • Recommend changes to SOP, OPM, and ADM to improve service levels while maintaining controls. • Recommend training and workshops to address knowledge gaps. • Escalate errors, customer complaints, service defects, and counterparty issues to the manager. • Share responsibility with senior colleagues and apply team management skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • At least 9-12 years of relevant working experiences in Trade Operations • Expert level knowledge in Understanding of Trade Ops. • Expert level knowledge of accounting entries and UATs. • Understanding of amortization principles • Good communication skills, Team Management and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) • Attentive to details, good analytical skills and interpersonal skills • Able to work under pressure, excellent organizational skills and good team player.
