📋 Description

• Execute CS&L operations and consistently implement CS&L policies at external manufacturing sites • Deploy and ensure adherence to Mondelēz International policies at external manufacturing sites • Manage inbound and outbound raw-material and packaging-material logistics • Plan finished goods dispatches and ensure OTIF delivery • Optimize transportation routes, vehicle utilization, freight costs, warehouse space, and handling costs • Coordinate with plants, warehouses, suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams • Manage supply continuity during breakdowns, capacity constraints, and emergencies • Control RM, PM, WIP, and FG inventory; improve inventory turns and reduce ageing or obsolete stock • Ensure FIFO/FEFO, proper storage, material traceability, and consumption of slow-moving or near-expiry materials before expiry • Manage damaged-material insurance claims, disposal, write-off requests, SAP write-offs, and related approvals • Convert rolling FIN into daily, weekly, and monthly production and dispatch plans • Align monthly production plans with the PS team and create weekly SAP process orders for CTS reporting • Balance capacity, material availability, manpower, and customer priorities • Coordinate NPD and project activities with plants, Planning, Procurement, Quality, PCM, and EM teams • Drive cost-saving projects and reduce warehouse, freight, wastage, energy, and conversion costs • Identify automation and digitalization opportunities • Lead warehouse and logistics teams; develop capability through training and coaching • Build a strong safety and continuous improvement culture • Manage contractors and third-party logistics partners • Support O9 and S4 HANA master-data updates and implementation • Support NPD and capacity expansion projects and participate in project calls • Conduct process, GMP, and internal audits; review root-cause analyses and monitor CAPA compliance • Ensure change-management control during contract manufacturing site changeovers • Create and correct BOMs, verify invoices, process GRNs, create POs, schedule RM/PM, and reconcile production versus billing

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in CS&L operations, warehousing, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, and production planning • Ability to manage inbound and outbound raw-material and packaging-material logistics • Ability to plan finished goods dispatches and ensure OTIF delivery • Knowledge of transportation route optimization, vehicle utilization, and freight cost management • Ability to coordinate with plants, warehouses, suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams • Ability to manage supply continuity during breakdowns, capacity constraints, or emergencies • Knowledge of RM, PM, WIP, and FG inventory control • Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, proper storage, and material traceability • Ability to balance capacity, material availability, manpower, and customer priorities • Ability to drive cost-saving, automation, and digitalization initiatives • People leadership, team training, coaching, and contractor/third-party logistics partner management • O9 and S4 HANA master data updating and implementation knowledge • SAP process order creation and CTS reporting knowledge • Ability to conduct process, GMP, and internal audits and monitor CAPA compliance • Knowledge of change management at contract manufacturing sites • BOM correction and new BOM creation according to specifications/recipes • Experience with invoice verification, GRN processing, purchase order creation, Coupa, and MDIB chatbot • Ability to perform production-versus-billing reconciliation • Ability to interpret and implement Mondelez standards, policies, legislative compliance requirements, and FSSI regulations
