📋 Description
• Manage end-to-end processing of Outward and Inward Local/Cross Border Payments, PO, DD, Vostro payments, and investigations • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of inward and outward payments • Make immediate decisions on issues arising under Central Bank cut-off constraints • Process all inward and outward customer salaries sent to or received from other banks • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of Payments Products bank wide • Participate in bank STP and digitalization initiatives • Propose and implement workflow improvements for the Unit • Take responsibility for staff welfare, work-life balance, and training within the Unit • Participate in project-related meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve blockers • Track regulatory enhancements/changes impacting remittances and liaise with technology to implement them within timelines
