📋 Description

• Participate in solution design and requirement analysis for OBDX projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical feasibility. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and test OBDX solutions, driving efficient and effective delivery. • Provide production support for OBDX solutions, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system availability and performance. • Support team members and coordinate project activities, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment. • Drive continuous process improvements, identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality. • Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into technical requirements. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, contributing to the innovation and modernization of OBDX solutions. • Document and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in banking and financial services. • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) platform and its functionalities. • Proven experience in solution design, requirement analysis, and implementation for banking applications. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and deliver projects on time and within budget. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying and resolving complex issues. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices is preferred. • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
