📋 Description

• Safeguard the Bank’s interests by ensuring legally binding credit facility and security documents are in place. • Manage documentation activities accurately and within required timelines. • Review documents for completeness, legal enforceability, and compliance with country laws. • Manage operational, monitoring, control, custody, and clearance activities throughout facility tenors. • Supervise documentation checklists, fulfillment of credit approval conditions, securities, insurance policies, and limit releases. • Coordinate with business units, legal teams, Sharia advisors, facility agents, relationship managers, credit managers, and risk management. • Identify and resolve documentation irregularities, deviations, and exceptions. • Develop internal controls, mitigants, policies, procedures, process improvements, and digitization initiatives. • Produce management information and maintain internal MIS for exceptional credit documentation transactions. • Manage and monitor MBO and KPI performance of Credit Operations staff. • Monitor perfection and periodic valuation of pledges, liens, mortgages, and customer assets. • Maintain satisfactory audit ratings and ensure RCSA testing and updates. • Act as an authorized signatory on facility agreements and ensure terms and commitments are accurately reflected. • Advise the Credit Department on documentation matters and liaise with Legal on legal issues. • Validate translated facility conditions into Arabic where applicable. • Implement and follow up on Credit Review and Audit recommendations. • Represent the Unit Head – Corporate Documentation during their absence.
