📋 Description

• Identify key social issues aligned with the organization's mission and values • Develop and implement social impact programs, managing planning, budgeting, execution, and evaluation • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver programs • Establish governance, documentation, audit trails, partner onboarding, monitoring, and reputational risk controls • Develop program toolkits, partner reporting templates, evidence requirements, and communications guidelines • Build relationships with community organizations, non-profits, and stakeholders • Manage grant programs and employee volunteering initiatives • Coordinate award submissions and partnership management processes • Develop impact metrics, collect and analyze data, and evaluate program outcomes • Maintain impact measurement frameworks, KPI dashboards, and assurance-ready evidence • Contribute to social impact strategy, annual work plans, budgets, forecasts, and delivery roadmaps • Embed social KPIs into ESG/CSR reporting and support business cases for new initiatives • Communicate social impact work through presentations, reports, website content, and social media • Produce executive-ready updates and coordinate impact storytelling, recognition, and advocacy support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Community Development, Business Administration, or a related field • Master's degree preferred • 8–10+ years of experience in social impact, community development, program management, or a related field • Proven success developing and implementing social impact programs • Strong understanding of social issues and community needs • Experience working with community-based organizations and non-profits • Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Passion for social change and commitment to ethical practices • Ability to manage governance and reputational risk considerations in partner-led initiatives • Strong stakeholder management skills with cross-functional teams • Preferred: grant writing and management, ESG/CSR and sustainability reporting, social impact measurement and evaluation, CRM or social impact management tools, volunteer management, award submissions, external recognitions, and evidence-based storytelling
