• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years of experience in application support, with a proven track record in managing complex systems. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively. • Deep understanding of cloud technologies and on-premise infrastructure, with experience in managing both. • Knowledge of banking and financial industry regulations and compliance requirements. • Experience in working with international teams and clients, particularly in the Egyptian market. • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to incident management. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities. • Certifications in ITIL, Agile, or relevant project management frameworks are preferred.
