📋 Description

• Jointly with the instructor, take responsibility for the “Payroll & Digital Payroll Accounting with DATEV” module • Develop course content, exercises, and tests together with the instructor • Conduct one-on-one sessions addressing subject-matter questions • Lead skills tutoring sessions • Administer and assess final examinations • Review and grade assignments • Update course materials and optimize the course • Create new exercises • Coordinate sessions and appointments • Support platform product managers with course updates on the learning platform • Provide professional support to participants to ensure an optimal learning experience and successful completion of the training program

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of practical professional experience in payroll accounting • Digital affinity and enthusiasm for continuously integrating new technologies and (AI) tools • Good to very good knowledge of DATEV • Initial experience in knowledge transfer or teaching is desirable, e.g., as a tutor, teacher, adjunct instructor, or research assistant • Completed university degree or comparable educational qualification • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken • Basic to good English skills, particularly for understanding digital tools, technical terminology, and documentation • Clear and structured communication skills • Confident, empathetic, and appreciative manner when working with participants • Enjoyment of working in adult education • Interest in digital, modern knowledge transfer and innovative learning formats • Team player with a willingness to collaborate closely with the course team • Motivation to further develop both subject-matter expertise and teaching skills
