📋 Description

• Partner with leaders across Europe and globally, providing practical, commercially sound advice on people, performance and organisational matters. • Drive strong performance management practices and support leaders in addressing underperformance. • Embed a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement. • Support organisational transformation, consultation and employee transitions. • Help leaders navigate difficult conversations and bring clarity during uncertainty. • Manage employee relations and employment compliance, with ownership of German employment law and support for France and other regions through local specialists. • Lead end-to-end recruitment, including proactive sourcing, assessment and hiring for critical roles, particularly across engineering and product. • Improve people processes, onboarding, employee experience and workforce planning. • Help build a high-performance culture, strengthen leadership capability and attract exceptional talent across the globally distributed organisation.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in HR business partnering, people operations or a similar role, ideally within a technology or international business. • Strong practical knowledge of German employment law is essential, including employee relations, performance management, organisational change and employment processes. • Proven experience supporting leaders through change, uncertainty, organisational transformation and challenging people decisions. • Strong understanding of high-performance cultures, including helping managers build accountability, address underperformance and develop their teams. • Hands-on talent acquisition experience, including direct sourcing and end-to-end recruitment. • Professional working proficiency in German and strong written and spoken English. • Ability to communicate clearly in a global, asynchronous environment. • Strong record of taking ownership, exercising sound judgement and delivering measurable outcomes. • Knowledge of French employment law, French language skills and experience supporting employees in France are helpful. • Experience recruiting technical talent, particularly software engineers and product engineers, is helpful. • Experience in SaaS, high-growth technology or globally distributed, remote-first organisations is helpful.
