• Support the development of growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction • Research new markets and customer needs • Help arrange meetings with prospective clients • Assist in promoting company products and services to address client objectives • Prepare sales contracts under supervision, ensuring compliance with company guidelines • Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers • Represent the company at networking and team-building events
• Some experience in business development, sales, or a related field (internships or part-time roles welcome) • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer support • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent time management and planning abilities • Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in business administration, sales, or a relevant field • Willingness to learn about government contracts, procurement policies, and IT products/services
