📋 Description

• Monitor customer WhatsApp groups and identify reported issues • Quickly resolve issues when a known solution is available • Investigate new issues by gathering information, understanding the root cause, and engaging the appropriate team • Confirm with the customer that the issue has been resolved • Document each solution found to make support increasingly efficient

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate Excel skills • Knowledge of Python • Basic knowledge of Linux • Experience with NOC, technical support, or telecommunications (a plus) • Experience with ticketing tools (Zendesk, Monday, etc.) (a plus) • University degree (explicitly indicated in the job data) • Availability to work from 2:00 p.m. to 9:40 p.m., Monday through Friday • Employment under Brazil’s CLT labor regime
