📋 Description

• Monitor the support queue in Zendesk • Perform the initial triage of support tickets • Interact with customers via ticket or chat • Perform basic remote tests • Create work orders for support requests • Work on Maxtrack’s Internet of Things (IoT) platform. Maxtrack specializes in fleet management, logistics efficiency, and vehicle tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of tracking and telematics platforms • Experience with ERP systems or field service CRM systems • Knowledge of tracking components • Understanding of SLA concepts • Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support tools • Excel proficiency • Bachelor’s degree • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, on a 6x1 schedule, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. • Employment under the CLT labor contract regime
