âą Monitor the support queue in Zendesk. âą Perform the initial triage of support tickets. âą Interact with customers via ticket or chat. âą Perform basic remote tests. âą Create work orders for support requests. âą Work with a high-performance fleet management, logistics efficiency, and vehicle tracking platform.
đŻ Requirements
âą Knowledge of tracking/telematics platforms. âą Experience with ERP systems or field CRM platforms. âą Knowledge of tracking components. âą Understanding of SLA concepts. âą Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support tools. âą Excel proficiency. âą University degree.
