📋 Description

• Manage the CEO's schedule, including coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders • Provide administrative support, such as drafting emails, preparing reports, and creating presentations • Conduct research on behalf of the CEO, including market analysis and competitor research • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met and stakeholders are updated on progress • Prepare meeting agendas and record meeting minutes as needed • Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files for the CEO
