📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and convert them end-to-end using Meadow's consultative playbook. • Guide families through our cremation options. • Provide consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email to ensure families have what they need to make confident decisions. • Deliver “unparalleled hospitality” at every touchpoint. • Consistently meet revenue targets while maintaining high close rates and excellent quality scores. • Easily navigate a multi-tool workflow: HubSpot, Aircall, G Suite, Slack, and our internal case management system.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in consumer-facing U.S. (B2C) roles • Fluent in written and spoken English • Natural seller, self-directed, and motivated to hit targets and create value for people and performance • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) • Confident, empathetic communicator who enjoys helping others, especially over the phone • Ability to explain things clearly, speak thoughtfully, and listen with intent • Emotional stability, quick learner, and effective working independently • Motivated by both meaningful work and measurable results.
