📋 Description

• Lead automation projects and develop automation solutions using UiPath while following architecture, standards, and best practices • Automate business requirements by creating tasks, scheduling tasks, and managing RPA bots • Design automation solutions and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery and ongoing deliverable maintenance within SLAs • Collaborate with business managers, process owners, IT, end-users, and technical teams to analyze requirements and design automations • Translate workflow diagrams and business processes into automated solutions • Refine proprietary task-management tools used to launch bots • Define new RPA use cases with end-users • Design quality-control policies and procedures for accurate and consistent RPA job execution • Lead technology demonstrations for sales and client-update presentations • Build the RPA development team framework, including policy and process documentation • Communicate project status and high-priority changes or support requests to stakeholders and management • Perform periodic security reviews and maintain automation-environment security controls with IT Security and Operations • Ensure regulatory compliance for data utilization and information access, including PHI protection and HIPAA requirements • Facilitate smooth workflow and maintain high standards and quality of technical work • Use, protect, and disclose patients’ PHI according to HIPAA standards • Comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures • Limit PHI access to the minimum necessary for assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 3 years of experience using UiPath RPA automation development tools • Experience with customer support and client issue-resolution management • Strong understanding of working with data in SQL • Solid understanding of workflow design principles • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities • Strong organizational skills • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors and escalate priority issues to the team lead • Knowledge of troubleshooting potential issues and database-operations best practices • Proven ability to manage multiple complex and high-priority projects simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses • High integrity and dependability, with urgency and results orientation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Gracious and welcoming personality for customer service interaction • Ability to work outside normal business hours as needed • Must possess a smartphone or electronic device capable of downloading applications for multifactor authentication and security purposes • Must comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures
