📋 Description

• Support development, deployment, and ongoing optimization of new and existing product capabilities • Partner with product leadership, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to translate business and development objectives into data-driven product outcomes • Analyze product performance and define integration and data strategies • Identify cross-product synergies and provide actionable insights for prioritization and execution • Craft a clear product vision aligned with Med-Metrix’s goals • Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap • Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and initiatives • Translate roadmap features into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Lead Scrum Teams through end-to-end product development from concept to launch • Monitor project progress, adjust execution to meet milestones, and communicate with stakeholders • Work with stakeholders and development leads on priorities and day-to-day execution • Mitigate roadblocks affecting release and sprint goals • Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog • Support product demos and user acceptance testing • Coordinate production releases and post-release monitoring • Define success metrics and provide actionable reporting on product release impact and outcomes • Use, protect, and disclose patients’ protected health information only according to HIPAA standards • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred • Understanding of RPA & API development preferred • Experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms preferred • 5+ years of experience in product management supporting healthcare technology solutions • Demonstrated success delivering and managing products across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through release and iteration • Experience with healthcare revenue cycle workflow or eligibility-related technologies • Familiarity with U.S. Medicaid eligibility and patient outreach programs is a plus • Proficiency with requirements definition using Jira or similar tools • Experience with MVP development and managing on-time releases within Agile environments • Strong understanding of iterative development practices, including prototyping and continuous improvement • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels • Strong problem-solving and creative skills, with sound judgment and decision-making ability • High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Gracious and welcoming personality for customer service interaction • Must possess a smartphone or electronic device capable of downloading applications for multifactor authentication and security purposes • Must comply with HIPAA and information security policies and procedures • Must limit viewing of PHI to the minimum necessary for assigned duties
