📋 Description

• Assume overall responsibility for sales in Austria • Develop and implement the sales strategy for Austria • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team • Establish clear performance and accountability structures • Expand market share in the hospital segment and strategically position Medline • Take responsibility for revenue, growth, and profitability • Build and develop long-term relationships with strategic customers • Manage complex sales processes in the hospital and tender environment • Grow existing customer accounts and pursue targeted new business acquisition • Manage revenue target attainment, activity levels, forecasting, KPIs, and performance • Ensure high-quality data in the CRM system • Work closely with internal functions • Report directly to the Vice President, Sales & Marketing DACH

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in healthcare or hospital sales in Austria • Demonstrated success in market development and revenue ownership • Experience working with hospitals, group purchasing organizations, and complex decision-making structures • Ability to build, develop, and scale teams • Strategic strength combined with strong execution capabilities • Entrepreneurial mindset and clear results orientation • Confident presence when engaging with decision-makers • Experience with KPIs, forecasting, and CRM systems • Excellent German and English language skills • Willingness to travel within Austria
