📋 Description

• Provide project coordination support and partnership to the Employee Relations team • Advise and coach managers and employees on entry-level employee relations issues • Perform specialized operational tasks and assist in developing processes and procedures • Support effective case management of employee relations concerns, disciplinaries, terminations, and investigations • Manage record keeping for terminations, performance improvement, escalation and notification programs • Execute voluntary and involuntary terminations within scope • Coach managers through termination processes and system navigation, including Workday transactions, IT requirements, payroll, policies, and unemployment claims • Execute logistical planning and support for organizational restructuring and reduction-in-force activities • Support data management, reporting, and handling of personal and confidential information • Prepare employee packets, notification letters, separation agreements, and releases • Initiate outplacement services and handle ad hoc requests • Answer employee questions on organizational policies and procedures and refer them to appropriate resources • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive human resources information • Support the Benelux region, primarily the Netherlands and Belgium

🎯 Requirements

• Dutch speaking • Working knowledge of Dutch and Belgian employment law and government regulations • Proven ability to solve problems, multitask and prioritize effectively • Technical and administrative support with minimal supervision, including data analysis, coordination, tracking and coding • Sound judgment, discretion and confidentiality • Professional, tactful phone, email, and information-request handling • Experience in process design, process improvement and records management • Results oriented with a focus on quality, efficiency and continuous improvement • Self motivated, organized and process driven • Ability to thrive in fast paced, dynamic environments and perform well under pressure
