• Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service Medtronic's CRM products and services to existing and competitive customers • Implement quarterly sales plan and achieve sales goals and objectives • Maintain knowledge of diverse Medtronic products and support sales efforts • Coordinate customer activities at all meetings as assigned • Provide ongoing field intelligence reports on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution, and pricing, as well as input on customer preferences and product features
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 10+ years experience • OR Associate’s Degree AND 8+ years experience • OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years experience • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Familiarity with Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) products is preferred • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
