• Independently and directly sell selected medical devices to existing and new customers, including conducting product presentations • Establish and maintain contacts, and provide professional advice and support to decision-makers in hospitals • Document sales opportunities and progress of acquisition activities in the CRM system (Salesforce) • Carry out market and competitor analyses as well as order analyses and customer behavior studies • Support key opinion leaders and assist with local marketing activities and events • Participate in and contribute to regional and national events and congresses • Ensure sales and revenue targets and maintain high customer satisfaction through close account management and excellent service • Travel within the sales territory >80%
• University degree or completed commercial, technical, or medical vocational training • At least 2–5 years of experience in a sales position, ideally in the medical technology sector • Proven track record and experience in efficiently planning and executing sales projects, applying an excellent analytical approach • Enjoys communication and networking, collaborates well in teams, and can contribute to team structures — we are looking for a strong team player • High degree of empathy and active listening skills, with a commitment to sustainable and reliable collaboration • Ability to present complex subject matter convincingly • Very good knowledge of common IT applications (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems) • Excellent German and good English, both written and spoken.
