📋 Description

• Leads and oversees a regional/district sales team to achieve established sales targets • Implements day-to-day sales activities aligned with the organization’s overall sales strategy • Develops and executes business strategies for existing and prospective accounts • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key account personnel to support sales, service, market development, and clinical programs • Identifies growth opportunities, conducts competitive analysis, and introduces new programs and processes to increase market share • Coaches sales representatives on product knowledge, marketing initiatives, sales promotions, and effective selling techniques, while aligning with UK&I business priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent or clinical experience • Background as a Cardiac Physiologist or experience in Cardiology or with Electrophysiology • Ability to work in an operating room environment • 6 + years of experience of medical device sales • Good communication and Influencing skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders • Knowledge of Cardiac anatomy and/or electrophysiology and an understanding of capital equipment sales will be a clear advantage.
