📋 Description

• Delivering education and training on the Medtronic Hugo Robotic Assisted Surgery technology • Delivering technical training and actively supporting laboratory sessions and hands-on workshops • Applying a structured teaching methodology to assess the efficiency and safety levels of trainees • Mastering the ecosystem surrounding robotic surgery, including a solid understanding of surgical equipment • Collaborating with the Sales and Clinical teams, Medical Affairs colleagues and surgical proctors to properly prepare and set the expectations

🎯 Requirements

• bachelor’s degree • +5 years of experience in training, field sales, sales support, clinical or technical role in the medical device or healthcare industry • Medical device experience with Laparoscopic and/or Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies • Clinical and/or operating room experience • Proven experience and/or training mindset • Fluency in German and English
