📋 Description

• Partner with Sales and Business Development to design and present tailored technical solutions • Lead technical workshops, proof of concepts, pilots, and demonstrations for customers • Act as technical expert in RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, contributing strong and clear proposals • Engage with enterprises, public sector organizations, and research institutions to identify use cases • Translate customer needs into actionable feedback for Product and R&D teams • Build relationships with customer technical teams and act as a trusted advisor • Support customers across the full sales cycle, from early discussions to deployment • Contribute to research collaborations, especially with US-based institutions and national labs • Represent IQM at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings across North America

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in physics, computer science, engineering, or a related field, with strong focus on quantum computing • Solid understanding of quantum computing and hands-on experience with algorithms or applications • Experience in a customer-facing or applied role such as solutions engineering, consulting, or technical sales • Ability to explain complex topics clearly to both technical experts and business stakeholders • Strong problem-solving skills and structured way of working • Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders • Fluent English • Experience with HPC, AI, or cloud environments is a plus • Exposure to quantum ML, simulation, or optimization is beneficial • Experience working with US government or national labs is highly valuable
