• Serve as the executive leader responsible for the integrated sales, marketing, and partnership functions. • Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and executive team to set vision, strategy, and growth objectives. • Conduct strategic market analysis to identify the highest-opportunity geographic areas. • Drive data-driven sales management through CRM adoption and pipeline accuracy. • Oversee proposal and RFP strategy for priority opportunities. • Develop new revenue channels and collaborative opportunities that strengthen market position. • Lead with high standards; coaching and mentoring team members regularly. • Define the annual and long-term marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s Degree or MBA preferred). • 10+ years of progressive sales and marketing leadership with executive-level responsibility for revenue growth. • Deep understanding of renewable energy markets, EPC services, or infrastructure industries. • Solid understanding of C&I solar EPC fundamentals. • Working knowledge of battery energy storage systems (BESS). • Proven people leader with a track record of success in national accounts. • Strong understanding of digital marketing performance, including SEO and GEO optimization.
