Méliuz is a Brazilian consumer-facing cashback and coupon platform that helps shoppers save money by offering discount codes and returning a portion of purchases as cashback. It provides a website, mobile app, and browser extension that activate coupons and cashback automatically across hundreds of partner online stores, and allows users to track and withdraw accumulated cashback.

📋 Description

• Perform operational activities related to creating, updating and maintaining campaigns, products, and offers. • Ensure registered products are accurate by verifying information and identifiers, with attention to detail and data consistency. • Support monitoring and organization of offers displayed in the app, following guidance from the responsible teams. • Monitor active product registrations to identify patterns, inconsistencies, or deviations that could impact the user experience. • Analyze operational cases forwarded by internal teams and identify the best solution for each context. • Record information and decisions in a structured way to support future analysis and process improvements. • Work in partnership with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are executed correctly. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the operation by supporting optimization initiatives, automating repetitive tasks, and using data to inform decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a higher education program • Availability to intern for at least one and a half years • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office • Familiarity with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel), including data organization and basic validations • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible in executing operational tasks • Ability to handle repetitive activities while maintaining quality, consistency, and critical thinking • Analytical mindset • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and ways to automate daily routines • Good written communication • Ability to work collaboratively, interacting with different teams and partners • Proactive in seeking solutions, raising points of attention, and suggesting operational improvements • Knowledge of SQL and databases (strong plus) • Experience with AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and Perplexity (strong plus) • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Apps Script (strong plus) • Familiarity with the n8n automation platform (strong plus)
