📋 Description

• Ensure the efficiency and integration of Mellro’s revenue journey by connecting processes, people, data, and tools to increase revenue predictability, conversion, retention, and expansion • Map and improve the revenue journey, from lead generation through the first contract, payment, retention, and expansion • Structure and monitor handoffs between Marketing, SDRs, Closers, Sales Administration, Customer Success, and Finance • Identify conversion losses, bottlenecks, rework, parallel tracking systems, and responsibilities without clear ownership • Define funnel stages, entry and exit criteria, mandatory information, and owners in collaboration with leadership • Structure metrics for conversion, cycle time, activation, retention, expansion, and funnel quality • Document business rules and metric calculation criteria • Investigate discrepancies between the CRM, ClickUp, product systems, spreadsheets, and reports • Organize revenue analysis cadences and support leadership in decision-making • Translate journey-related problems into requirements for Data, Product, Automation, and Operations • Prioritize and track process, data, and tooling improvements • Monitor the implementation, adoption, and results of improvements • Build a cross-functional and reliable view of Mellro’s revenue journey

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar areas • Experience defining and tracking revenue metrics • Ability to map processes and journeys involving multiple teams • Strong spreadsheet skills and the ability to analyze data sets • Ability to translate operational problems into clear requirements • Familiarity with CRM, project management, and data visualization tools • Experience documenting business rules, handoffs, and funnel criteria • Bachelor’s degree, technical degree, or postgraduate qualification • Knowledge of RD Station, Business Intelligence, SQL, integrations, or automation is a plus • Experience in startups, real estate, fintech, insurance, or financial services is a plus • Previous experience working as an independent contractor through a legal entity • Adequate setup for remote work, including a computer or laptop and a suitable workspace • Portuguese proficiency
