📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from aligning the profile with hiring managers through final approval and vacancy closure. • Define talent attraction strategies, screen resumes, conduct competency-based interviews, and assess candidates. • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, prioritizing requests according to urgency, complexity, and business impact. • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time to fill, funnel conversion, cost per hire, and hiring effectiveness. • Develop dashboards and management reports to track results, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making. • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement throughout the selection process. • Assess the effectiveness of talent attraction channels and recruitment strategies. • Analyze historical hiring data and business-area demand to support vacancy planning and prioritization. • Partner with hiring managers to align profiles, present candidates, and support evidence-based decision-making. • Implement improvements, standardization, and automation across selection processes, ensuring data quality and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection, managing end-to-end hiring processes and closing vacancies of varying levels of complexity. • Experience with competency-based recruitment and structured interviews. • Knowledge of recruitment and selection metrics, funnel analysis, conversion rates, and hiring effectiveness. • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis tools, with the ability to build reports and dashboards. • Experience with ATS platforms or recruitment management systems. • Preferred: knowledge of BI tools, automation, and data analysis applied to People Analytics. • Analytical, critical-thinking, and data- and results-oriented mindset. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously. • Autonomy and proactivity in managing processes and solving problems. • Clear and assertive communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. • Sense of urgency, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement. • Responsibility, discretion, and ethical handling of confidential information. • Fluency in Portuguese.
