• Liderar e Desenvolver: Guiar, treinar e motivar o time regional de vendas (Executivos de Contas), espalhando nossa cultura de foco no cliente e alta performance. • Traçar Estratégias: Criar e executar o planejamento comercial da região, identificando oportunidades de mercado que ninguém mais viu. • Fechar Grandes Contas: Atuar diretamente na linha de frente em negociações complexas e estratégicas (B2B / Key Accounts). • Decidir com base em Dados: Monitorar os principais KPIs de vendas (pipeline, CAC, LTV, conversão) via CRM para direcionar as ações do time. • Construir Pontes: Desenvolver parcerias locais estratégicas e levar o feedback do mercado para o nosso time de Produto continuar inovando.
• Experiência sólida em liderança de vendas no mercado de Fintechs, Meios de Pagamento, SaaS, Mercado Financeiro entre outros. • Histórico comprovado de metas superadas e abertura de novos mercados. • Excelente habilidade de comunicação e trânsito com tomadores de decisão (C-Level). • Pessoa analítica (data-driven) e domina ferramentas de CRM (como Salesforce). • Disponibilidade para viajar e conhecer de perto nossos clientes na região.
