📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients regarding complex telecommunications inquiries and account management • Provide technical troubleshooting and diagnostic support for telecommunications hardware and digital service platforms • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering precise, industry-specific solutions in a timely manner • Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions within the telecommunications CRM system • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service outages or billing discrepancies effectively • Consistently meet individual and team KPIs defined by the tech leader partner • Stay updated on the latest telecommunications product launches to provide expert-level guidance to users

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory • Valid EU passport is mandatory • Professional proficiency in English • Strong interest in the telecommunications industry • Passion for modern technology • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for high-volume customer support environments • Ability to thrive in remote work settings while based in Greece
