⢠Provide expert technical and administrative support to Italian-speaking subscribers regarding telecommunications services ⢠Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, and software issues for mobile and broadband users ⢠Manage customer inquiries regarding billing, contract renewals, and service upgrades ⢠Deliver accurate and timely resolutions to maintain high customer satisfaction ⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical escalations within the telecommunications network ⢠Document all interactions in the CRM system for account history and service tracking ⢠Stay updated on telecommunications products and features to offer informed recommendations
đŻ Requirements
⢠Native or fluent Italian, spoken and written ⢠Valid EU passport (mandatory) ⢠Strong proficiency in English for internal training and documentation ⢠Passion for technology and desire to build a telecommunications career ⢠Excellent problem-solving skills ⢠Empathetic approach to customer care ⢠Willingness to relocate to Greece
