📋 Description
• Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers regarding car-sharing bookings and account management • Assist travelers with real-time navigation issues, vehicle access inquiries, and journey-related troubleshooting • Deliver efficient and empathetic service through various communication channels • Collaborate with international teams to optimize the travel user experience • Handle sensitive billing and trip documentation information with precision and confidentiality • Stay updated on travel technology trends to provide expert advice and guidance • Ensure every interaction contributes positively to the reputation of global mobility partners
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory • Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece • Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is a significant advantage • Strong command of English for internal training and global team collaboration • Tech-savvy mindset with ability to troubleshoot travel app-related technical queries • Positive, professional, and service-oriented personality
