📋 Description

• Act as a brand ambassador for 123inkt, providing world-class support in the consumer services sector • Manage incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high conversion rates • Provide expert product consultation to Dutch-speaking clients regarding office and printing supplies • Maintain detailed customer records and process orders within the company CRM system accurately • Resolve customer concerns with a professional, solution-oriented mindset to ensure long-term loyalty • Collaborate with the international team to refine sales strategies and enhance the overall customer experience • Contribute to team goals by meeting and exceeding established performance metrics and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role • Proficiency in English to communicate effectively within our international team • Valid EU passport (mandatory) • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles within the consumer services industry is highly preferred • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the best solutions • A positive, self-driven attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
