📋 Description
• Deliver high-quality assistance to Norwegian-speaking travelers using car-sharing services • Manage inquiries regarding vehicle bookings, rental policies, and account management • Resolve technical issues and travel-related queries • Collaborate with internal departments to maintain service standards for travel clients • Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM database • Contribute feedback to improve travel service procedures • Navigate complex travel logistics to provide seamless mobility options
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent Norwegian, spoken and written, mandatory • Proficiency in English for communication within an international team • Valid EU passport, mandatory, to facilitate relocation to Greece • Passion for the travel and mobility industry • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment • Previous customer support or travel-sector experience highly valued
