• Own and manage end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. • Coordinate interviews across global time zones, ensuring smooth communication and logistics. • Partner closely with hiring managers to define success profiles, craft compelling job descriptions, and create targeted sourcing strategies. • Source, engage, and evaluate top candidates through creative, data-driven approaches. • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Meshy’s high standards and startup culture. • Maintain high data accuracy and recruiting metrics in ATS (e.g., Greenhouse), enabling agile decision-making. • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops on offer strategy, onboarding, and employer branding. • Stay up to date with emerging trends in AI, 3D, and creative tech — and use that insight to engage talent authentically.
• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 1 year in a startup or fast-growth tech company. • Track record of success hiring for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, BD, Customer Success). • Agile mindset — adaptable, iterative, and solutions-oriented in a constantly evolving environment. • Self-starter and problem solver who can operate independently while staying aligned with business goals. • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. • Passion for new technology and AI — you stay curious and enjoy learning how tech shapes the future of work. • Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem). • Location in or near our employee center (e.g. SF Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seattle, Vancouver, New York, etc…).
