📋 Description

• Design, build, and optimize CRM initiatives, from email flows and campaigns to segmentation and personalized customer communication • Analyze repeat-purchase behavior and derive actionable initiatives to increase customer retention and Customer Lifetime Value • Set up tests regularly, evaluate results, and further develop successful approaches • Use AI and automation to advance retention processes and streamline workflows • Challenge existing processes, contribute your own ideas, and take responsibility for their implementation • Work closely with the Head of Retention, E-Commerce, and management • Focus on hands-on operational work, with the opportunity to take on functional leadership responsibilities in the future

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on experience in retention or CRM within e-commerce or D2C • Proven experience independently implementing flows, campaigns, and tests, and demonstrating their contribution to business success • Strong data affinity and an understanding of the connections between customer communication, repeat-purchase rate, and Customer Lifetime Value • Ability to use AI productively and automate recurring tasks and processes • Experience with Klaviyo, Klar, Chatarmin, n8n, and Claude • Ability to set clear priorities, make pragmatic decisions, and see ideas through to launch • Clear communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with teams across different functions • Residence in Germany is required • Excellent German skills at C1/C2 level • Good English skills for day-to-day professional communication • Experience with fast-growing brands, personalized customer communication, or subscription models is a plus • Initial leadership experience or an interest in taking on a future team lead role is a plus
