📋 Description

• End-to-end responsibility for Supply Chain and Quality Management, from supplier selection through quality release • Lead a five-person team focused on demand planning, procurement, supplier management, Quality Management, and Regulatory Affairs • Manage daily Supply and Quality performance using KPIs such as OOS, inventory coverage, on-time delivery, and CAPA closure rate • Provide functional and disciplinary leadership, including monthly feedback meetings and weekly team meetings • Identify and implement prioritized continuous improvement measures across both team areas • Bridge the interface between Procurement and Quality • Develop the overall strategy for the supplier and quality network, including procurement strategy, supplier qualification, the Quality Management System, IFS certification, and Regulatory Governance • Work operationally with the Lead Buyer and Quality Manager • Regularly report team performance to the Head of Operations • Communicate relevant topics proactively, including proposed solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management, including demand planning, third-party manufacturing, and production planning • Experience or exposure to Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs, ideally in the FMCG or food industry • Experience managing supplier networks • Deep understanding of the value chain and its processes • Ability to quickly understand and coordinate cross-functional topics • Proficiency in KPI-based management and performance monitoring • Initial leadership experience, ideally in a cross-functional environment • Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills • German proficiency at least at C1 level, both written and spoken • English proficiency at least at B1/B2 level
