📋 Description

• End-to-end responsibility for supply chain and quality management, from supplier selection through quality release • Lead a five-person team focused on demand planning, procurement, supplier management, quality management, and regulatory affairs • Manage daily supply and quality performance using KPIs such as OOS, inventory coverage, on-time delivery, and CAPA closure rate • Provide functional and disciplinary leadership, including monthly feedback meetings and weekly team meetings • Identify and implement prioritized continuous improvement initiatives • Serve as the interface between procurement and quality • Develop the overall concept for the supplier and quality network • Regularly report team performance to the Head of Operations • Communicate relevant topics with proactive proposed solutions • Report directly to the COO

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, including demand planning, third-party manufacturing, and production planning • Experience or exposure to quality management and regulatory affairs, ideally in the FMCG or food industry • Experience managing supplier networks • In-depth understanding of value chain processes • Ability to quickly understand and coordinate cross-functional topics • Proficiency in KPI-based management and performance monitoring • Initial leadership experience, ideally in a cross-functional environment • Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills • German proficiency at least at C1 level, both written and spoken • English proficiency at least at B1/B2 level
