📋 Description

• Drive frontend improvements and proactively elevate UX and visual quality • Build and own complex full-stack features in the accounting platform • Own features end-to-end, including user flows, edge cases, error states, and architecture • Use Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI engineering tools as a primary development workflow • Adapt and extend the Python/FastAPI and Django backend, including CRUD-level changes and beyond • Contribute to code quality and architecture decisions in a small senior team

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in software development with a proven track record of owning and delivering complex projects • Expertise in React for high-quality, accessible, production-ready user interfaces • Sharp eye for design and pixel-perfect implementation of layouts and components • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot • Ability to independently navigate and extend a Python/FastAPI backend • Systems-thinking mindset for mapping full features, edge cases, and failure modes before coding • Fluency in English • German language knowledge is a welcome bonus, not required • Background in agentic AI systems or LLM-powered products is nice to have • Familiarity with B2B fintech, PostgreSQL, or German accounting standards such as DATEV is nice to have
