📋 Description
• Work collaboratively with client companies to build HR programs • Onboard and off-board team members • Maintain employee files and process documentation • Revise and update company handbooks • Provide guidance to employees and managers • Ensure compliance with labor regulations • Manage employee leave and assist with benefits enrollment • Coordinate performance reviews and conduct workplace investigations
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience • Consulting mindset with excellent communication skills • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and compliance • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
