• Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new sales opportunities within assigned accounts • Consistently deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual new business and upsell goals by executing effective sales activity plans • Partner with the Channel Development team to create and execute account plans that align with business objectives • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new business prospects • Follow a structured, end-to-end sales methodology and process to ensure consistent success in closing deals
• Proven track record of exceeding new business sales targets in large accounts • Experience in IT sales, ideally within Email, Messaging, Security, or Storage solutions (not essential) • Understanding of Public Sector contracts, buying cycles, and procurement processes • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • A collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment
