• 2+ years of relevant B2B tech sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment • Bonus points for experience in education technology or selling to the US market • Familiarity with HubSpot and Gong is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail • Comfortable with phone-based outreach and virtual sales presentations • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas • Demonstrated ability to network, build relationships, and influence decision-makers • Curiosity about software products and a passion for technology • Openness to coaching and willingness to learn and adapt • Ability to maintain a positive outlook and enjoy the journey while achieving results
