📋 Description

• Provide virtual HR support and consulting • Advise employees, former employees, dependents, and pensioners on HR processes • Develop, review, and update content for the HR Knowledge Base • Support hiring, termination, employee movement, training, benefits, and labor relations processes • Handle inquiries related to onboarding, offboarding, expatriation, and repatriation • Support employment termination processes, including guidance, documentation, and assistance for departing employees • Provide technical support for labor hearings and liaise with the Legal department • Analyze requests and direct them to appropriate solutions through the relevant HR processes and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education is preferred • 3 to 5 years of professional experience • Availability to work a 5-on, 2-off schedule • Knowledge of hiring, termination, employee movement, training, benefits, and labor relations processes • Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, expatriation, and repatriation • Knowledge of employment termination processes • Ability to provide technical support for labor hearings and liaise with the Legal department
