📋 Description

• Prepare analyses and recommendations related to organizational structure, headcount, financial impacts, and personnel movements • Lead the development, review, and maintenance of job, career, and compensation policies and practices • Conduct market studies, job leveling assessments, and internal personnel movements • Monitor metrics, analyze data, and implement process improvement strategies • Prepare recommendations and reports to support decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field • Completed postgraduate degree in a related area • At least 4 years of experience with job description processes, promotions and personnel movements, headcount studies and assessments, career structures, and salary surveys • Experience with HR metrics and the preparation of reports and/or technical recommendations • Intermediate Excel skills • Knowledge of competency-based management models • Knowledge of job descriptions • Knowledge of job grading and salary structures
