📋 Description

• Develop and implement AI agents for candidate screening, automated onboarding, internal employee support, benefits administration, and internal surveys. • Structure automated workflows across HR tools, connecting Slack, Airtable, Gupy, ADP, and other internal systems. • Create frameworks, prompts, and intelligent workflows for performance reviews, job descriptions, communications, and operational analysis. • Organize and structure people data to support strategic decision-making through People Analytics. • Monitor people metrics, trends, and opportunities. • Mentor and train the HR team in the use of automation and artificial intelligence. • Foster an AI-first culture focused on innovation, efficiency, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Programming from scratch is not required, but programming logic is necessary to connect systems via APIs. • Solid HR experience, preferably in SaaS companies, combined with a strong technology focus. • Proficiency in generative AI tools applied to business contexts. • Proficiency with no-code/low-code automation tools, such as n8n and Zapier, as well as API integrations. • Knowledge of AI agent-building platforms. • Ability to apply methodologies to optimize workflows before automating them. • Familiarity with data security and the application of Brazil’s LGPD in artificial intelligence contexts.
