📋 Description

• Provide on-site support to end users for desktop computing (microcomputing). • Respond to and resolve incident tickets and service requests related to desktop computing. • Assist users with technology-related questions and IT service requests. • Perform Service Configuration and Asset Management activities (CMDB). • Register and update Configuration Items. • Create and maintain technical documentation for assets and services. • Generate reports on Configuration Items. • Execute and monitor emergency, normal, and standard changes related to IT assets. • Participate in Change Management processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed or pursuing a university degree in: • - Logistics; • - Business Administration; • - Accounting; • - Economics; • - Engineering; • - Computer Science; • - Information Technology; • - Statistics; • - Mathematics; • - Or another degree with an MBA or postgraduate qualification in Administration or Management. • Knowledge of technical support and end-user assistance for desktop computing. • Knowledge of Configuration and Service Asset Management (CMDB). • Knowledge of IT Change Management processes. • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
